A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing, transferring and causing
to expire into the state fund, general revenue of the state,
certain unexpended and unencumbered amounts of the special
fund, division of human services, medical services trust fund,
"former" account no. 8569 "WVFIMS" no. fund 5185, fiscal year
1995, organization no. 0511, and making a supplemenatary
appropriation from the state fund, general revenue in a like
amount to the division of human services, "former" account no.
4050, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 0403, fiscal year 1995,
organization no. 0511, supplementing chapter one, acts of the
Legislature, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, known as
the "Budget Bill".
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the sum of twenty-one million dollars of the
balances in special fund, medical services trust fund,
"WVFIMS" account no. fund 5185, fiscal year 1995, organization
no. 0511 be supplemented, amended, transferred and caused to
expire into the state fund, general revenue of the state, and
with said amount to be available for other and further
appropriation as provided herein upon the effective date of
this bill and that chapter one, acts of the Legislature, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-four, known as the "Budget Bill"
be supplemented and amended by increasing the appropriation to
division of human services "former" Account No. 4050, "WVFIMS"
account no. fund 0403, fiscal year 1995, organization no.
0511, in the amount of twenty-one million dollars, to
thereafter read as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, reduce and cause to expire into the state
fund, general revenue the sum of twenty-one million dollars
from division of human services, medical services trust
fund, "former" account no. 8569, "WVFIMS" account no. fund
5185, fiscal year 1995, organization no. 0511. The amount
shall be immediately expired into the state fund, general
revenue, and available for appropriation as provided herein
upon the effective date of this bill. The further purpose
of this bill is to supplement, amend and increase the items
of total appropriation in "Former" Account No. 4050,
"WVFIMS" account no. fund 0403, fiscal year 1995,
organization no. 0511 by twenty-one million dollars. Such
amount shall be available for expenditure immediately upon
the effective date of this bill.
